[Expected use]
Used for staining blood cells to observe their morphology and structure, in order to facilitate blood analysis instruments in classifying and counting blood cells.
[Principle of Inspection]
During the blood cell detection process, ZXFLUOROCELPLT staining solution was used to stain platelets with the assistance of DFL dilution solution, and platelet counting was performed using flow cytometry techniques combined with laser scattering and fluorescence staining.
[Storage conditions and expiration date]
1. Storage conditions: 2-35 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, no corrosive gases, and well ventilated environment.
2. Validity period: unopened reagent, stored normally, with a validity period of 12 months; The validity period after opening is 60 days.

Used for various types of blood cell analyzers in the SYSMEX XN series.
[Product Performance Indicators]
1. Appearance: This product is a clear blue liquid without sediment, particles, or flocs.
Absorbance Value: The detection range is 0.120-0.260 at 628nm.
3. Blank value: White blood cell count (WBC) ≤ 0.3x109/L
[Precautions]
1. This product is only for in vitro diagnostic use.
2. Please use according to the instructions, otherwise the reliability of the test results cannot be guaranteed.
3. If the reagent freezes, do not use it; After transportation, if there is an abnormal blank count of the reagent, please let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
4. Please handle the reagent carefully to avoid generating bubbles.
5. Please use the reagent within its expiration date; Residual reagents in the bottle cannot be mixed with newly opened reagents.
