[Expected use]

It is used to stain formed elements in urine (cannot stain pathogens) to facilitate the observation of their morphology and structure, as well as classification and counting, etc. It is not for self-testing.

[Principle of Inspection]

During the urine testing process, SED staining solution is used to stain white blood cells, red blood cells, epithelial cells, and tubular cells with the assistance of SED dilution solution, and flow cytometry techniques combining laser scattering and fluorescence staining are used to detect white blood cells, red blood cells, bacteria, epithelial cells, and tubular cells.

[Storage conditions and expiration date]

1. Storage conditions: 2-35 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, no corrosive gases, and well ventilated environment.

2. Validity period: 12 months, with a validity period of 60 days after opening.

SYSMEX UF-1000i and UF-500i series of various types of urine sediment analyzers.

[Product Performance Indicators]

1. Appearance: This product is a clear blue liquid without sediment, particles, or flocs.

2.Absorbance Value: The detection range is 1.56 < A < 1.68 at 696nm.

[Instructions for Use]

1. Unopened reagents must be thoroughly mixed before use.

2. Connect the bacterial channel pipeline components of the instrument to the mouth of the reagent bottle.

3. Please read the instructions of the instrument before use.

[Precautions]

1. This product is only for in vitro diagnostic use.

2. Please use according to the instructions, otherwise the reliability of the test results cannot be guaranteed.

3. When using the staining solution, immediately connect it to the bottle cap assembly of the instrument after opening the bottle cap, avoiding placing it open in the air. This product should not be stored in direct sunlight or high temperatures.

4. Please handle the reagent carefully to avoid generating bubbles.

5. Please use the reagent within its expiration date; Residual reagents in the bottle cannot be mixed with newly opened reagents.

6. Do not swallow and avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water; If it splashes into the eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly; If swallowed, please seek medical attention immediately.
