[Expected use]

When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, while white blood cells are treated to increase the differences between white blood cell groups. Flow cytometry technology combined with laser scattering is used to detect white blood cells in the DIFF channel.
[Storage conditions and expiration date]
