[Expected use]

When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, and white blood cells are treated to a certain extent to increase the differences between white blood cell groups, promote WPC staining solution staining, and combine laser scattering and fluorescence staining flow cytometry technology to detect immature cells in white blood cells.
