[Expected use]
Before blood cell analysis, it is used to lyse red blood cells, release hemoglobin, and maintain the morphology of cells required for analysis. When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, while white blood cells are treated to increase the differences between white blood cell groups, promote the staining of white blood cells by the staining components in 4DS staining solution, and combine laser scattering and fluorescence staining flow cytometry technology for white blood cell detection.

1. Storage conditions: 2-35 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, no corrosive gases, and well ventilated environment
2. Validity period: unopened reagent, stored normally, with a validity period of 12 months; Valid for 60 days after opening

[Precautions]
1. This product is only for in vitro diagnostic use.
2. Please use according to the instructions, otherwise the reliability of the test results cannot be guaranteed
3. If the reagent freezes, do not use. After transportation, if there is an abnormal blank count, please let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
4. Please handle the reagent carefully to avoid generating bubbles
5. Please use the reagents within the expiration date: Residual reagents in the bottle cannot be mixed with newly opened reagents
