[Product Name]
Hemolytic agents for blood cell analysis
[Packaging Specifications]
ZXLYSERCELL-WDF 4L×1、4L×2、2L×1、2L×2
[Expected use]
Before blood cell analysis, it is used to lyse red blood cells, release hemoglobin, and maintain the morphology of cells required for analysis. When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, while white blood cells are treated to increase the differences between white blood cell groups, promote the staining of white blood cells by the staining components in DF staining solution, and combine laser scattering and fluorescence staining flow cytometry technology for white blood cell classification and counting.
