[Expected use]
Before blood cell analysis, it is used to lyse red blood cells, release hemoglobin, and maintain the morphology of cells required for analysis. When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, while white blood cells are treated to increase the differences between eosinophils and other white blood cell groups. Laser scattering and flow cytometry techniques are combined to detect mouth eosinophils.
[Storage conditions and expiration date]
