[Expected use]

It is used to dilute whole blood samples to be tested, and cooperate with hematology analyzers or reagents for the detection of analytes. Clinically, it is used to prepare cell suspensions by sample dilution before blood cell analysis.

[Principle of Inspection]

Dilution solution is used to spheroidize red blood cells during the process of blood cell detection, promoting rapid staining of reticulocytes using staining components in the staining solution for blood cell analysis. Combined with laser scattering and fluorescence staining flow cytometry technology, reticulocytes are detected.

[Storage conditions and expiration date]

1. Storage conditions: 2-35 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 90%, no corrosive gases, and well ventilated environment.

2. Validity period: unopened reagent, stored normally, with a validity period of 18 months; The validity period after opening is 60 days.

[Precautions]
