[Expected use]

It is used to dilute whole blood samples to be tested, and cooperate with hematology analyzers or reagents for the detection of analytes. Clinically, it is used to prepare cell suspensions by sample dilution before blood cell analysis.

[Principle of Inspection]

Diluents for blood cell analysis are used in conjunction with compatible instruments to provide a stable liquid environment for blood cells during the blood cell detection process, dilute blood samples, form sheath flow, and combine impedance, colorimetric, laser scattering, and fluorescence staining flow cytometry techniques for cell classification, counting, and hemoglobin determination.
