[Product Name]
Hemolytic agents for blood cell analysis
[Packaging Specifications]
ZXLYSERCEII-WNR 4L×2、4L×1、2L×1
[Expected use]
Before blood cell analysis, it is used to lyse red blood cells, release hemoglobin, and maintain the morphology of cells required for analysis. When needed, it can be used for cell classification and counting after leukocyte staining, or directly for cell classification and counting and/or hemoglobin quantitative detection, etc.
[Principle of Inspection]
The principle of osmotic pressure induced dissolution is used to dissolve red blood cells in the sample, and white blood cells and nucleated red blood cells are treated to a certain extent to increase the differences between cell groups and promote the staining of white blood cells and nucleated red blood cells by the staining components in WNR staining solution. Combined with laser scattering and fluorescence staining flow cytometry technology, white blood cells, nucleated red blood cells, and eosinophils are classified, detected, and counted.
